Who I Am

Hi there, Tanja here! –And my story is probably not too different from yours. Like you, I know what it means to cross borders and bridge cultures and speak a language or two. From my roots in Slovenia to my upbringing in the United States, and now calling France home, I’ve lived the journey of adapting and growing across cultures.

As an Adult Third Culture Kid (ATCK), I learned that our global experiences are unique strengths, not obstacles. I learned that a lot later in life, thinking and believing I was cursed to this and only wanted my simple life back – monoculture, monolingual. Taking my mess into a message. Today, as a certified career coach and HR consultant, I bring this deep understanding of cultural transitions to help others unlock their potential.

My own path has woven through different countries, industries, and cultures – each step adding to my toolkit for guiding professionals like you.
